Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The subject has knee pain and is diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (relevant diagnosis certificate from a regular medical institution is required) or KOA is diagnosed according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of the Chinese Orthopaedic Association (COA) in 2021. (1) and (any two of (2), (3), (4), (5)): (1) Recurrent knee pain within the past 1 month; (2) Joint space narrowing, subchondral bone sclerosis and (or) cystic degeneration, and osteophyte formation at the joint edge; (3) Aged >= 50 years; (4) Morning stiffness no more than 30 minutes; (5) There is a feeling of bone friction during activities. 2. The sensory sensation of the lower limbs was normal, and there was no open wound around the knee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, gout or severe osteoporosis; 2. History of knee surgery within the past 6 months, with local metal; 3. Suffering from dementia, severe cognitive impairment and other types of mental illness; 4. Those who suffer from heart failure, severe anemia, and stroke, and have a pacemaker installed in their body; 5. Unable to participate in the trial due to other health problems; 6. Unable to sign informed consent or participate in other scientific research projects.
