Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years who can cooperate with treatment; 2. There is a history of burn trauma, and the degree of injury is mainly deep II degree or deep dermis; 3. The scar site is mainly in the extremities, and the burn wound area accounts for less than 30% of TBSA, which is suitable for pressure treatment and monitorin; 4. Hypertrophic scars on extremities within 2 months of wound healing; 5. Informed consent, signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Had other underlying diseases such as heart disease and hypertension before burn trauma; 2. Various organ complications such as hepatic and renal insufficiency occurred during the treatment of burn trauma; 3. There is still unhealed wound at the monitoring site of pressure treatment; 4. Keloids appear; 5. Mental diseases such as depression, PTSD, etc.
