Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postmenopausal women; 2. After the operation of differentiated thyroid carcinoma (pathological diagnosis), TSH suppression therapy (TSH = -2.5 SD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to participate in the study; 2. Allergic to remazolam, propofol, butorphanol and other drug ingredients or components that may be used in the study; 3. Patients with other serious respiratory and circulatory diseases; 4. Suffering from mental system diseases (such as schizophrenia, etc.) and cognitive dysfunction; A history of epilepsy; A past history of abuse of psychotropic drugs and narcotic drugs; 5. Subjects who received general anesthesia within 7 days; 6. Patients who may be affected by alcohol, drugs or drug withdrawal; 7. Other conditions that are not suitable for the study, such as patients with expected difficulty in intubation, were assessed by the investigator.
