Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in fair general condition (e.g., haemoglobin > 90 g/L, serum protein > 30 g/L, good liver and renal function), no serious dysfunction of vital organs, no systemic diseases such as cachexia, autoimmune or immunodeficiency diseases, infections, severe mental disorders; 2. Pre-operative pathology report confirming the diagnosis of solid tumour requiring surgery and CT scan + enhancement of the chest, abdomen and pelvis suggesting no distant organ metastases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who have participated in a clinical trial of another drug or other anaesthetic treatment trial within 3 months prior to enrolment in this study; 2. Female patients who were followed up by telephone and refused to undergo this study or who were of childbearing age or pregnant; 3. Patients with multiple organ removal or other gastrointestinal disease or malignancy excluded from this study; 4. Patients who have undergone organ transplantation; 5. Patients with a history of previous surgery and a history of serious complications and adverse anaesthetic procedures.
