Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From September 2022 to December 2022, 64 patients were selected for cardiac valve replacement under CPB in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. ASA grade II-III; 4. Heart function NYHA grade II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine and all drugs used in this trial; 2. Sinus bradycardia ( 30 kg/m2.
