Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m2 or the percentage of total fat reaches more than 25% for men and more than 30% for women; 3. Dyslipidemia: TC >= 5.2 mmol/L or LDL-C >= 3.4 mmol/L or TG >= 1.7 mmol/L or HDL-C < 1.0 mmol/L according to "Guidelines for prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese adults (2016 Revision)"; 4. Volunteer to participate in the test and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from mental disease, gastrointestinal disease, diabetes, heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system or immune system and other serious diseases; 2. Currently in pregnancy or lactation; 3. People with allergies; 4. Those who have used probiotics, lipid-lowering drugs, antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, laxatives, antidiarrheals, antibacterial agents (such as berberine) and hormones within 4 weeks; 5. Those whose blood lipid level reaches high risk level, i.e. LDL-C >= 4.9 mmol/L or TC >= 7.2 mmol/L; 6. Subjects participating in other clinical trials.
