Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-50 years; 2. BMI >= 28 kg/m2 or the percentage of total fat reaches more than 25% for men and more than 30% for women; 3. Volunteer to participate in the test and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious illnesses such as mental illness, gastrointestinal illness, heart, liver, kidney, haematopoietic system or immune system; 2. Those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. People with allergies; 4. Those who have used probiotics, antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, antibacterial agents (e.g., flavopiridol), hormones within 4 weeks; 5. Subjects participating in other clinical trials.
