Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD) who exhibited at least one major coronary artery with a greater than 50% stenosis and patients without clinically significant coronary artery occlusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients that combined with malignant tumors, endocrine diseases and other autoimmune diseases.
