18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective foot and ankle surgery; 2. Patient informed consent was obtained; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years, and sex is not limited; 4. ASA grade ?~?; 5. BMI 18~28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Puncture site infection, abnormal coagulation function, local anesthetic allergy; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and renal insufficiency, medical history of chronic pain; 3. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, communication disorders, and the operation time exceeded 3 h.
