Control group:Continuous pump injection of physiological saline solution by 0.01~0.03 µg(kg·min)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. ASA grade II/III; 3. Preoperative blood routine, coagulation function, liver and kidney function are normal; 4. The estimated operation time is 2 ~ 4 hours; 5. Estimated bleeding volume < 500 ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysfunction of heart and lung; 2. Previous history of cerebrovascular disease; 3. Cognitive impairment caused by dementia or other reasons; 4. History of mental illness, alcoholism and drug abuse.
