Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-80 years; 2. Patients with severe atrophy of gastric mucosa with moderate to severe intestinal metaplasia diagnosed by endoscopy, confocal laser microendoscopy and pathological biopsy; 3. Preoperative routine blood test and coagulation function tests were normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or bleeding tendency; 2. History of severe cardiopulmonary disease or other organ dysfunction; 3. Combined with other organ malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant.
