Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, primipara, singleton, full-term, head pregnancy; 2. ASA grade I-II, planned vaginal delivery under intermittent pulse epidural analgesia, and sudden pain occurred in the first stage of labor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious pregnancy complications (such as severe preeclampsia, placenta accreta, HELLP syndrome, placenta previa, placental abruption); 2. Take sedative and analgesic drugs within one week before delivery; 3. 15 minutes after the first dose, vas > 3 points; 4. There are contraindications to epidural puncture, including central nervous system diseases (such as poliomyelitis), spinal diseases (such as intraspinal masses, lumbar disc herniation, spinal trauma, history of spinal canal trauma, etc.), abnormal coagulation function, etc.; 5. There is infection, including obstetric infection, systemic infection (such as sepsis, bacteremia), infection at the puncture site or adjacent sites, etc.; 6. The puerpera refused to participate in this study.
