Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fractures diagnosed by clinical symptoms, signs and imaging examinations, including femoral neck fractures, intertrochanteric fractures, and subtrochanteric fractures; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. Hip replacement was performed, and the operation went smoothly; 4. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 27; 5. Have a primary caregiver (the patient's spouse, children or other relatives), aged >= 18 years; 6. The primary caregiver has a mobile device such as a smartphone and is able to use the Internet platform; 7. All patients and their families knew the purpose of this study and signed the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing impairment or language communication impairment and inability to communicate normally; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction or severe basic metabolic diseases; 3. Associated with multiple fragility fractures in other parts, such as spine fractures, knee fractures.
