18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative imaging diagnosis (CT, MRI, PET-CT, etc.) is a focal lesion of hypopharynx, considering the possibility of malignant tumor; 2. Preoperative pathological biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of hypopharyngeal malignant tumor (optional); 3. Tumor diameter >= 0.5 cm; 4. There was no history of hypopharyngeal cancer surgery and neoadjuvant therapy before surgery in our hospital; 5. Patients who underwent surgery for hypopharyngeal cancer in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University; 6. Routine immunohistochemical diagnosis was performed after operation; 7. According to the eighth edition of AJCC in 2017, TNM staging of laryngeal cancer is early (T1-T2); 8. Aged 18-90 years , with independent consciousness and action.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical, pathological and imaging data; 2. Multiple tumors; 3. There was no surgical treatment.
