Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria and localization criteria of peripheral facial paralysis; 2. Course of disease in 1-90 days; 3. Only unilateral facial nerve palsy; 4. Those aged 18-80 years ( including 18 and 80 years ); those who volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent. Note: Patients who meet the above 4 items can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral facial paralysis secondary to mumps or parotid gland swelling, posterior fossa lesions, infectious polyradiculitis, tumors involving the temporal bone, craniocerebral trauma and other diseases; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases and mental illness, such as cerebrovascular, diabetes, lung, kidney, cardiovascular, liver and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with Hunt 's syndrome with symptoms such as periauricular herpes; 4. Lactating women and pregnant women; 5. Is participating in other clinical researchers. Note : Patients who meet any of the above should be excluded.
