Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents aged 65 to 80 years (with priority of 65 to 75) in the pilot areas; 2. Mild or moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety (PHQ-9 score 5-14; or GAD-7 score 5-14); 3. Prehypertension (normal high blood pressure, systolic blood pressure of 120-139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 80-89 mmHg) and hypertensive patients (if possible, grade I hypertension, i.e., systolic blood pressure of 140-159 and/or diastolic blood pressure of 90-99 mmHg); 4. Education level: Non-illiterate (preferably primary school graduation and above); 5. Informed consent; 6. Those who have smartphones and can watch video and use WeChat will be preferred.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having received psychotherapy in the past six months or be about to receive psychotherapy or drug therapy; 2. Participating in other psychological, dietary or sports intervention programs; 3. Limited physical activities and inability to participate in intervention activities; 4. Having severe mental illness, dementia, Parkinson's disease, cancer or other serious diseases, or in the acute or recovery stage of cardiovascular diseases such as stroke, heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases within six months; 5. Planning to perform surgery in the following half year; 6. Having any current thoughts of suicide.
