Elderly female group (Group C-f):Different concentrations of ropivacaine (with a volume of 20ml each)

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Old patients aged 60-80 years (including 60 and 80 years ); 2. Patients with elective surgery undergoing hemorrhoidectomy in the sacral block ; 3. ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhagic disease; 2. Infection at the sacral puncture site; 3. Central nervous system disease; 4. Peripheral arterial sclerosis; 5. History of diabetes; 6. History of oral anticoagulants such as contraceptives and aspirin with two weks; 7. History of anaesthetic allergy ; 8. History of spinal or perianal surgery; 9. BMI > 30 kg/m2.
