Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years, complained of unilateral shoulder pain, NPRS <= 7 points; 2. Kibler's visual diagnosis was abnormal scapular motility and SDT, SAT and SRT were positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rehabilitation treatment of red flag sign: tumor, tuberculosis, nervous system disease or vascular disease, shoulder fracture, cervical vertebra infection or inflammatory arthritis; 2. Shoulder pain caused by non scapular dynamic abnormality: frozen shoulder, shoulder instability, cervical spondylosis, shoulder pain caused by trauma; 3. Have received shoulder pain treatment in the past 3 months: previous surgery history, history of glucocorticoid injection in the shoulder; 4. People whose poor physical health affects training; 5. Contraindications of manual treatment: skin infection, ulceration and pregnancy at the treatment site.
