6 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-19 years (not including 19) at the time of enrollment; 2. Diagnosis:First diagnosis of malignant neoplasm or in first and continuous remission at the time of enrollment, without chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) for patients with previous HSCT; 3. Prior therapy modalities: Curative cancer treatment must have included chemotherapy and/or radiation and/or surgery and/or HSCT; 4. Timing: All cancer treatment must have been completed at least 12 calendar months prior to enrollment; no anti-rejection drugs for patients with previous HSCT at least 12 calendar months; 5. Performance Status:Ambulatory and no known medical contraindications to increasing physical activity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Down's syndrome, or major congenital or hereditary disease with organ dysfunction; 2. Known underlying congenital immunodeficiency or metabolic disease; 3. Congenital heart disease with cardiac insufficiency.
