Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OSAHS patients diagnosed by overnight polysomnography (PSG); 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II-III; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Intravenous general anesthesia; 5. Gastroenteroscopy was performed; 6. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 2. Organ damage caused by diabetes complicated with hyperglycemia; 3. There are severe facial deformities, temporomandibular joint ankylosis, mandatory spondylitis and other airway management difficulties; 4. Sleep apnea caused by acromegaly, hypothyroidism, nasal tumors, etc.; 5. Nasal polyps, nasal bleeding or bleeding tendency, nasal trauma, nasal deformity, nasal inflammation, obvious nasal septum deviation and other nasal diseases; 6. Abnormal coagulation mechanism, skull base fracture, cerebrospinal fluid otorhinorrhea; 7. Throat infection or decreased lung compliance, respiratory tract bleeding; 8. Have vomiting, reflux, aspiration or high risk, such as not fasting, full stomach, high abdominal pressure, pregnancy more than 14 weeks, intestinal obstruction, esophageal hiatus hernia; 9. Severe allergic history and mental system disease, unable to cooperate with anesthesia; 10. No autonomy or decision-making power.
