Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis3.0; 2. Age =18 years and age =80 years; 3.ICU admission time > 24 hours;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors; 3. Existing or new central nervous system diseases; 4. Diagnosed mental illness; 5. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 6. Impaired consciousness, hearing and vision, etc., unable to complete the scale test; 7. Situations that the researcher deems inappropriate
