Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the MCS diagnostic criteria of the European Guidelines for Diagnosing Coma and Other Disorders of Consciousness (2020), clear signs of consciousness with discontinuity and fluctuation were assessed by CRS-R 5 times within 1 week, including auditory 3-4 points, visual 2-5 points, motor 3-5 points, oral motor/speech 3 points, communication 1 point; ? The course of the disease =28 days, including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cerebral trauma and ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, the condition was stable; ? Age 18-75 years old; ?This is the first case; ?The patient's family members were informed of the treatment and examination procedures and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with serious medical diseases such as heart failure, renal failure, acute lung injury or acute lung infection, or serious complications such as severe hydrocephalus; ? Previous history of mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse; ? there are pacemakers or intracranial metal implants; ? Contraindications of other MRI scans; ? Skull repair or defect at the target site; ? History of epileptic seizures within 1 month; ? Contraindications of other TMS treatment; ? Received TMS treatment within 3 months; ? Surgical treatment is required for various reasons
