Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) BMI is in the normal range, the normal range is 18.5-24 (BMI formula: weight / kg / height / m2). 2) there are no serious gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastrointestinal cancer, gastrointestinal bacterial infection, etc. (except mild gastroenteritis, indigestion, etc.). 3) No probiotic drugs have been used for nearly 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) failure to provide samples on time. 2) recently participated in other clinical trials. 3) pregnancy. 4) perform major surgery during the period of joining the group. 5) other situations that the researchers think are not suitable for selection.
