Normal control group:Nothing
Zinc supplementation intervention group in early stage of diabetes:Zinc gluconate oral liquid 24ml, zinc content about 12mg/d
Pre diabetes placebo group:Equal volume glucose oral liquid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult residents aged 35 to 74 (considering the impact of living place on dietary habits, the respondents are required to live in different places for at least 10 years); 2. Voluntarily participate and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have been diagnosed with cancer, hereditary diseases, hyperthyroidism, psychosis and type 1 diabetes; Heart, liver, kidney and other functional failure and physical disability can not walk normally.
