Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. It met the diagnostic criteria of craniocerebral trauma in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines of Traumatology compiled by the Chinese Medical Association in 2007; 2. After medical treatment, the patient passed the acute phase with stable vital signs; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. There are symptoms of hemiplegia. Nurses: 1. Qualified as clinical registered nurse; 2. Engaged in craniocerebral trauma limb function rehabilitation nursing related work; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Severe cognitive impairment with GCS <= 6; 2. There are fractures in the hemiplegic side; 3. Deep vein thrombosis was found on color ultrasound of both lower limbs. Nurses: Refresher nurse.
