Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All healthy people aged 18-80 years old, regardless of gender ? Informed consent, willing and able to complete all study procedures and follow the whole study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)after gastric surgery; (2)administration of antibiotics or consumption of bismuth compounds within 4 weeks or administration of a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) or H2 receptor antagonists within 2 weeks prior to 13C-UBT and endoscopy.
