Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic selective pulmonary parenchymal resection; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III, aged >= 18 years, BMI 18-30 kg/m2, both sexes; 3. No metastasis; 4. Voluntary subjects signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure, New York Heart Function class > II; 2. Patients with a history of myocardial infarction, myocarditis and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 3. History of arrhythmia or antiarrhythmic drug therapy; 4. AV block; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. History of taking irreversible non-selective monoamine oxidase inhibitors within 2 weeks.
