aerobic exercise group:Exercise every other day for 20 minutes twice a day
Blood flow restriction training combined with aerobic exercise group: aerobic exercise with blood flow restriction bands t on both lower limbs

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Sarcopenia, pre-sarcopenia, or possible sarcopenia (according to 2019 Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia diagnostic criteria); 2) Irregular exercise habits; 3) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have serious cardiovascular disease or are in the acute phase of disease and may have a high risk of participating in the physical fitness test, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, atrioventricular block, and after stenting; 2) B ultrasound shows deep vein thrombosis or atherosclerosis in the lower limbs, bone and joint surgery in the lower extremities within 6 months, blood vessels or skin grafts in the lower limbs for 6 months; 3) Use of anticoagulant drugs, systemic open soft tissue injury, and systemic lymphedema; 4) Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (=150/100mmHg); 5) There are other exercise contraindications, including but not limited to the following, such as respiratory failure, cardiac function of grade 2 or above, etc.
