Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =65, ASA=I; ? Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia; ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from mental illness (including patients with preoperative delirium) or taking antipsychotic drugs; ? Any cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), occurred within 3 months; ? Severe abnormal liver and kidney function (severe abnormal liver function, ALT, AST bound bilirubin, total bilirubin value of one of them more than 2 times the upper limit of normal; Cr clearance rate of severe renal dysfunction was less than 30ml/min); (4) Patients with unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within 3 months; ? Blood pressure =180/110mmHg at preoperative visit; ? hyperthyroidism; ? glaucoma patients with high intraocular pressure; ? reoperation within 3 months; ? Join other researchers within 30 days.
