Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria (1) All patients meet the clinically positive, probable and probable ALS in the EI Escorial ALS international diagnostic criteria revised by the World Federation of Neurology in 1998; (2) Aged =18 years old and =75 years old; (3) Measurement of modified amyotrophic lateral sclerosis functional rating scale (ALS-FRS-R) = 38 points; (4) Good eye movement function; (5) Have been trained to use the eye tracker independently; (6) Informed and agreed to participate in this study. 2. Primary Caregiver Inclusion Criteria: (1) To undertake the main task of caring for patients during hospitalization and after discharge; (2) Basic communication and reading skills; (3) Continuous care period ? 1 month; (4) Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: (1) Severe mental illness and cognitive impairment; Combined with serious diseases such as heart disease and cerebral apoplexy. 2. Primary Caregiver Exclusion Criteria: (1) Severe mental illness and cognitive impairment; (2) Complicated with serious diseases such as heart disease and cerebral apoplexy.
