18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with end-stage kidney disease receiving maintenance hemodialysis (thrice per week) for over 3 months 2: Aged >=18 yrs and <=70 yrs 3: Urine output <400ml per day 4: Ability to act independently and cooperate with study measures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Inability to take study diets due to gastrointestinal diseases or other reasons 2: Patients with diabetes 3: Patients with constipation or diarrhea 4: Patients who have developed unexplained hyperkalemia or have developed hyperkalemia of a known cause within one month prior to the study but of which cause has not been corrected 5: Patients using Potassium-containing supplements (e.g., low-sodium salts) or medications containing potassium salts 6: Patients who had received blood transfusion within one month prior to enrollment or who may require blood transfusion during the study period 7: Atrioventricular block Second degree or above 8: Need for hospitalization due to acute infection, acute phase of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, or any other causes within two weeks before enrollment 9: Any other scenario in which researchers do not consider it appropriate for the subject to participate in the study
