Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?University students sleeping in school dormitories ?Significant insomnia in the last 1 month(ISI=8)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Currently receiving psychotherapy or other non-drug treatment for insomnia ? have taken sleeping pills or other drugs affecting the central nervous system for recent 1 month ? Loss of olfactory function (olfactory bar TDI total score<16), history of rhinitis, nasal trauma, acute or chronic upper respiratory diseases (sinusitis, chronic asthma, etc.) ? unable to accept or allergic to the smell of lavender and Chinese medicine ? have been smoking for recent 1 month.
