Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 18-65 years old; (2)Diagnosed as SSNHL: a sudden onset of sensorineural hearing loss within 72 hours, at least in the two consecutive frequency of hearing loss of =20dBHL; (3)Idiopathic hearing loss but no resulted by another specific disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Conductive hearing loss (2)External ear inflammation, tympanitis, cholesteatoma of the middle ear, or ear sclerosis (3)Menieres disease (4)Congenital hearing loss (5)Vestibulocochlear benignant or malignant tumor (6)Syphilitic deafness (7)History of ear injury or trauma (8)History of drug-induced hearing loss (9)Serious heart and lung insufficiency (10)Drop out of the study for personal reasons
