Gold Standard:Patients were classified as responders if an increase in cardiac index (CI) of more than 15% after fluid challenge, otherwise the patients were recognized as non-responders.

Index test:PPV/SVV?the absolute changes of PPV and SVV values obtained by tidal volume challenge

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with 18-65 years old ASA grades I-II scheduled for retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cardiac arrhythmias and valvular heart disease; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; right ventricular failure; Patients with morbid obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2); airway asthma or a long history of smoking.
