Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Graves' disease; 2) More than half a year after regular methimazole treatment; 3) TRAb had not been turned into negative for 2-3 months after entering the maintenance phase of drug treatment with methimazole dose (within 5-7.5mg/ day); 4) Good treatment compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria :(1) Combined with primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver disease, kidney disease, hematopoietic system ,tumors and mental disorders; (2) The severe thyroid function hyperfunction (hyperthyroidism) complications and complications (such as severe liver function damage, blood neutrophils < 1 x 10^9 / L, malignant arrhythmia, Hyperthyroidism crisis, etc.); (3) Allergic constitution, with a history of multiple drug allergies; (4) It is also undergoing other clinical trials. Any of the above items will be excluded. Exclusion criteria :(1) Severe adverse reactions of ATD occurred during treatment (rash, drug-induced liver injury, granulocytopenia); (2) The poor compliance; lost to follow-up. (3) Changing to radioiodine or surgery during the treatment of ATD.
