Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients were non valvular atrial fibrillation. The diagnostic criteria of atrial fibrillation meet any of the following: (1) there is a clear history of atrial fibrillation; (2) Atrial fibrillation ECG was recorded through 12 lead ECG; (3) Single lead ECG recording device or ambulatory ECG records atrial fibrillation ECG for = 30s. Non valvular atrial fibrillation refers to atrial fibrillation excluding moderate and severe mitral stenosis (requiring surgical intervention) and mechanical valve replacement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with acute myocardial infarction, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe heart valve disease, high atrioventricular block or other malignant arrhythmias, constrictive pericarditis, pulmonary embolism, severe infection, shock and other serious diseases; (2) Patients with various advanced malignant tumors tumors, and the estimated survival life is no more than 1 year; (3) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency: ALT or AST > 5 times the upper limit, glomerular filtration rate = 15ml/min/1.73 ?; (4) Have mental disorders, couldn`t cooperate well with follow-up and related examinations; (5) In addition, the researchers judged that he/she was not suitable to participate in this study.
