Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gender is female (2) The age is above 60 and below 80 (3) Can walk independently without using auxiliary tools (4) All filled in informed consent forms and were willing to adhere to the whole exercise process (5) Participate in exercise voluntarily according to the system's exercise prescription

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Does not meet the inclusion criteria (2) sprain, fracture, severe joint deformation or other traumatic actions remain unchanged (3) Patients with brain, cardiovascular diseases or other serious metabolic disorders (4) Foot deformity and other lesions affecting normal walking (5) Patients with mental illness and mental retardation (6) With pacemakers and other electronic instruments in the body (7) Recent history of surgery
