Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 5 to 17 years old; ? Meet the criteria for the diagnosis of SLE (according to the 2019 EULAR/ACR classification criteria for SLE). The diagnostic criteria of lupus nephritis in children were referred to the "Guidance for The Verification of Diagnosis and Treatment of Lupus Nephritis (2016)" issued by Pediatrics Society of Chinese Medical Association. ? Divided into 2 groups: 1) LN standard treatment + belizumab treatment group. 2) LN standard treatment group: LN standard treatment, without the use of belizumab and other biological agents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Age: 17 years old. ? Used biological agents in the past 1 year.
