Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The pathological diagnosis of renal biopsy is MN or positive for anti PLA2R antibody; (2) Urinary protein quantification is between 1-8g/24h; (3) Blood pressure can be effectively controlled at = 140/90mmHg; (4) eGFR=45ml/min; (5) Age range from 18 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; (6) Not using antibiotics or probiotics in the past month; (7) Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 28.5 kg/m2; (8) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to sign informed consent; 2.There are other situations that are not suitable for entry into the study.
