Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select patients undergoing thoracoscopic laparoscopy combined with radical esophagectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Aged 40 to 75 years; 4. ASA I-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;2. Neurological diseases;3.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;4.Preoperative pulmonary infection was confirmed;5.acid-base disturbance;6.Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and blood transfusion were performed;7.Patients with hypertension that cannot be controlled by drugs;8.Patients with diseases of endocrine system;9.Patients with a history of drug allergy and dependence;10.The patient refused to participate in the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The concentrations of cortisol, epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine (NE) in plasma and TNF-a, IL-6 and IL-10 in serum at different times during operation;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
SBP, DBP, HR and SpO2 at different points during operation;The time to stop intravenous anesthesia infusion until eye opening and the time to stop intravenous anesthesia infusion until extubation;PaCO2 index of arterial blood gas in spontaneous breathing before and after extubation;RS score and Ramsay sedation score;The occurrence of adverse reactions such as agitation, choking, nausea and vomiting, decreased blood pressure and respiratory depression during extubation.;
