Control group 1:local application of corticosteroid after esophageal ESD
Experimental group 1:local application of smectite after esophageal ESD
Control group 2:endoscopic dilation
Experimental group 2:endoscopic dilation combine with local application of smectite

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with ESD for esophageal lesions, and the range of lesions were more than 1/2 circle; (2) patients had dysphagia after esophageal operation; (3) standard gastroscope could not pass through the stenosis site; (4) the stricture was proved benign by CT and histopathologic examination; (5) patients with good compliance can receive long-term follow-up; (6) subjects with no coagulation dysfunction, no history of mental illness; (7) no severe cardiopulmonary disease and other basic diseases can tolerate general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the stricture was proved malignant by CT and histopathologic examination; (2) abscess or fistula was observed in the stenosis site; (3) patients had severe comorbidities, such as cardiopulmonary dysfunction, coagulation disorders; (4) patients with poor compliance can not receive long-term follow-up
