Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis: (1) recurrent knee pain within the past month, (2) X-ray (standing or weight-bearing position) shows narrowing of the joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and/or cystic changes, and bone redundancy formation at the joint edge, (3) joint fluid examination (at least 2 times) is clear and viscous, WBC <2000/ml, (4) bone friction sound/sense during activity, (5) morning stiffness =30 min, (6) bone friction sound/sense during activity; (2) meet the criteria of ?+?, or ?+?+?+? or ?+?+?. The diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee was made by meeting the criteria of ? + ?, or ? + ? + ? + ? or ? + ? + ?; (2) pain for more than 6 months and VAS score = 4; (3) voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent. (4) good cognitive function and good compliance, able to cooperate with the completion of all assessments and treatments; (5) no serious other systemic diseases and systemic condition able to tolerate exercise training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of consciousness disorders, cognitive impairment, severe mental illness, or other conditions affecting lower extremity function and motor training; (2) diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis or other pathology suspected in the knee; (3) severe knee deformity; (4) previous cardiovascular or gastrointestinal disease; (5) comorbid depression, anxiety, and other psychological disorders; (6) having taken NSAIDs, opioids, amino acid glucose, or other analgesics in the week prior to enrollment NSAIDs, opioids, glucose amino acids or other analgesic drugs in the week before enrollment; (7) people at high risk of serious complications and serious cardiovascular disease.
