Iindwelling catheterization group:The indwelling catheter is retained until 7 days after operation, and try to pull out the catheter every week until adequate voiding function is achieved (RUV<100mL).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. This study was conducted prospectively in patients with cervical cancer stage IA1 (infiltration of lymphatic vasculature space), IA2, IB1, IB2, IIA1; 2. Underwent laparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH) and pelvic lymphadenectomy; 3. Aged 20-65 years, BMI 75 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary dysfunction diseases, kidney diseases and serious underlying diseases, such as uncontrolled severe anemia, hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications; 2. The operation time was over 4 hours, and the blood loss was over 1000mL; 3. Intraoperative ureter, bladder or bowel injury; Postoperative vesicovaginal fistula, ureterovaginal fistula and other urinary complications; 4. Patients whose condition changes within 6 hours post-operation require emergency rescue or reoperation; 5. Those with severe mental illness, cognitive dysfunction.
