Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged above 18 years old and below 65 years old; 2.No hematopoietic, digestive system, autoimmune system, cardiovascular system and other diseases; 3.No symptoms of infection in the whole body; 4.No surgical contraindications; 5.No history of drug allergy; 6.The patient requires the extraction of the mandibular third molar; 7.Meet the indications of mandibular third molar extraction (preventive extraction, orthodontic needs or treatment needs); 8.Agree to shoot CBCT before operation; 9.Patients voluntarily participated in this study, signed the informed consent, and were able to cooperate with clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for oral surgery (poor control of acute or chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hematological diseases, hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, hepatitis, etc.; female pregnancy, menstruation; acute stage of infection; patients with malignant tumors after radiotherapy and chemotherapy; patients with long-term use of anticoagulants, adrenaline and other drugs and neuropsychiatric disorders); 2.Under 18 years of age; 3.Third degree loosening or loss of the adjacent mandibular second molar; 4.Diseases such as cysts or tumors around the mandibular third molars; 5.The treatment is not accepted;
