Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The Patients with colorectal cancer were diagnosed by physical examination; 2.The patients who received chemotherapy after operation; 3.The age is at least 60 years old; 4.consciousness was clear, communication was unimpeded, movement was convenient, and reading ability was good; 5.volunteer to participate in the experimental study and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other malignant tumors or end-stage diseases; 2 patients who had received adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation; 3 patients who had used anti-inflammatory drugs or infectious diseases in the week before the survey; 4 patients who used immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids at the same time during chemotherapy; 5 the researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
