60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60-80; (2) According to imaging, pathology and other relevant examinations, the diagnosis of gastrointestinal malignant tumors was confirmed and those who met the surgical indications were evaluated; (2) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I~III; (3) Amsterdam preoperative anxiety scale score = 12 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Illiteracy; (2) Pregnant women; (3) Deafness; (4) Patients with serious risk of intracranial hypertension; (5) Renal failure; (6) Body mass index>30kg /m ^ 2; (7) Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic blood pressure \ / diastolic blood pressure over 180 \ / 100mmhg); (8) Patients with mental illness or language communication disorder, who often use sedatives, antidepressants and other drugs that affect drug metabolism; (9) Preeclampsia and eclampsia; (10) Sinus bradycardia or severe atrioventricular block; (11) Patients with hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) without treatment or insufficient treatment; (12) Patients with uterine laceration (uterine rupture) and umbilical cord prolapse; (13) Patients with acute angle closure glaucoma; (14) Patients who are allergic to the active ingredient of Esketamine or all excipients. (15) Patients with liver dysfunction.
