Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Clinical diagnosis of STEMI ; ( 2 ) Treatment within 12 hours after onset of STEMI ; ( 3 ) Signing informed consent to patients undergoing emergency PCI in our hospital ; ( 4 ) Voluntary participation in this study and in patients with complete clinical medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Non-PCI revascularization in STEMI patients ; ( 2 ) Incomplete records of critical time nodes ; ( 3 ) Failure to determine an accurate reperfusion time ; ( 4 ) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction ; ( 5 ) Patients with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, infectious diseases and other serious diseases affecting prognosis.
