Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of hyperuricemia;(2019 edition of China's Guide to Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and Gout) (2) Never had gout symptoms in the past; (3) Patients who meet the diagnosis of hyperuricemia have not used related drug therapy in the last 10 days; (4) Those who are informed of this research, participate voluntarily, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney diseases and primary diseases; (2) Patients with poor compliance can't adhere to the intervention treatment; (3) those with mental illness or mental disorder; (4) Pregnant or lactating women.
