30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-80 years, BMI 18-38 kg/m2, female patients; 2. Patients with grade I or II US anesthesiologist grade (American Society Anesthesiologist, ASA); 3. Patients undergoing elective modified radical surgery of unilateral breast cancer; 4. Patients who volunteered to participate in this experiment and received their risk.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of antidepressants, analgesia, or sedative drug dependence; 2. Local anesthetic allergy, local infection, coagulation abnormalities, malformations and other nerve block contraindications; 3. Patients near the puncture site of the tumor growth site; 4. Those who have received radiotherapy, therapy and chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Unable to correctly understand the pain visual simulation score; 6. Severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver dysfunction, neuropsychiatric abnormalities can not cooperate.
