Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the 2018 ESC Guidelines on Fourth Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction in STEMI patients and in line with the 2020 ESC Guidelines for the Management of acute coronary syndromes in NSTEMI patients who presented without persistent ST-segment elevation; 2. Patients with CCS consistent with 2019 ESC Guildlines for the diagnosis and management of chronic coronary syndromes; 3. Aged >= 18 years; 4. The selected candidates were all voluntary and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving antibiotics, antacids, antibiologics and probiotics within 30 days before sample collection; 2. Suffer from digestive diseases; 3. History of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Individuals with food allergy and dietary restriction; 5. Menstrual women can not be sampled.
